The program takes place on a total of 12 working days on-site at TechQuartier in Frankfurt. After the second week, there will be always one week break between the workshop weeks.
At the beginning you will meet the other participants and mentors for the kick-off. Get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and find out how the program is structured.
This will be followed by the kickoff event of the program - on the topic of "ESG & Trends" on October 23. You can look forward to a panel discussion with top-class experts and current use cases on Green Transformation.
You will also have the opportunity to have a first exchange with potential customers and investors. As you know, first impressions often raise the sails for a great journey together. Learn if your startup Is ready for market entry and how do you convince investors to buy in? Readiness scoring and fundraising readiness are the focus of the workshops on the second day.
In week two, you can expect insights on the legal framework and compliance in sustainable transformation.
At an exclusive evening event with partners, you will hear brand new insights on developments in "Regulatory & Compliance" on Oct. 31.
Get a clear understanding of the intricacies and details and let your freshly-gained knowledge shine in future conversations with potential customers and investors.
You will also expand your knowledge in master classes on the topic of fundraising readiness. Together with experts, you will develop the necessary documents for a successful financing round and take a closer look at the cap table.
First, look forward to a deep dive into the world of technology and reporting in the areas of ESG and Green Transformation.
In an evening event, "Technology & Reporting," you can expect to learn how integrated technologies and smart data analysis can be used to better manage risks and volatilities.
With the help of current use cases, the program partners will demonstrate what constitutes value-oriented reporting now and in the future, and what challenges you need to be prepared for. You can look forward to real "wow" moments and a lively exchange! Further highlights in the third week include a varied presentation and pitch training, as well as a master class on financial planning with a review of previous fundraising topics.
During various sessions during the fourth week, learn what makes a successful business model and what a powerful sales strategy for startups looks like.
In an evening event on Nov. 28 and that focuses on the topic of "Business and Sales Models," you will actively engage in conversations with the partners and experts and raise your competence level minute by minute.
Ask our experts as many questions as you want. What are the advantages of specific business models? Which digital channels are the most important ones in sales? What psychological tricks do you need to be aware of during sales meetings?
You will also have the chance to get to know your customers in short, intense conversations during the speed dating round and will receive direct feedback on your ideas.
Your journey winds down with an investors’ dinner and investor follow-up. Here you will get the opportunity to present your project and deepen existing contacts. Plus, you can also look forward to workshops on organization and human resources – essential for building a team.
The absolute highlight is the final event of the program: the "Demo Day" on Dec. 13. You will have the valuable chance to present yourself, your idea and your USP in front of partners, a jury and experts.
