Impact Challenge 2023

The Impact Challenge is a business plan competition for young startups who want to actively shape the future of finance and real estate. In cooperation with the Impact Festival and our partner companies, we invite founders and entrepreneurs with innovative business models and ideas to join the challenge.

In two challenges on sustainable finance and sustainable real estate, up to 10 startup teams have 4 weeks to work out their idea and will be coached by our experts and partners during this time. The Kick-off will also take place onsite at the Impact Festival. On Demo Day, the participants will be judged by a mixed jury of industry experts and the winning teams of each challenge will be awarded.

Develop sustainable and responsible financial solutions to address climate change and social impact. 

Sustainability has been rapidly evolving in the banking sector, and financial institutions have begun to actively identify and manage the associated business risks and opportunities. This is why we are looking for innovative ideas for our sustainable finance challenge.  

Develop sustainable and responsible solutions for real estate to address ESG compliant building operations. 

The construction industry is an important driver of sustainable transformation. This is why this challenge aims to find solutions for minimizing environmental impacts and efficient resource utilization.

In 2021, TechQuartier presented a variety of inspiring activities and initiatives at Impact Festival. Under the festival's motto "Together for a Sustainable Future", we continued our commitment to positive change and innovative solutions. Through various panels and discussions, our team helped to promote dialogue and knowledge sharing on sustainability topics. In addition, TechQuartier provided a platform for startups and companies to showcase their innovative products and services and demonstrate their commitment to social and environmental change. 

With the Impact Festival, neosfer is building a community-based platform for sustainable technologies and innovations. The focus is to connect innovators such as green startups with companies that want and need to become more sustainable, as well as venture capitalists who accelerate change through their investments.
